Delivery, Refunds & Exchanges
We ship by Royal Mail and aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Whilst many t-shirts are available from stock, we may need to re-print others, and therefore ask to allow 5 working days.
Delivery is charged at £2.30 for all orders, with free delivery for orders £50 and above.
We also deliver to:
France/Germany/Spain/Italy/Portugal. Delivery is via airmail service and takes approximately 7 working days. Delivery is £5.00 for all orders.
Netherlands/Belgium. Delivery is via airmail service and takes approximately 7 working days. Delivery is £5.00 for all orders.
Ireland. Delivery is via airmail service and takes approximately 7 working days. Delivery is £2.30 for all orders.
USA/Canada. Delivery is via international airmail service and takes approximately 10 working days. Delivery is £5.50 for all orders.
Australia. Delivery is via international airmail service and takes approximately 12 working days. Delivery is £6.50 for all orders.
A recent change in the law effective 14 June 2014 (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) allows you to return your item although opened for refund or exchange.
The return of your item/s in this instance, there being no fault with the goods and they being of merchantable quality, is your responsibility. You can return items to us within 30 days from the date your order was despatched. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale.
In these circumstances we would wish to stress to you the following:
1) Goods received by the company must not be damaged in any way. Please be careful when trying on products and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume, deodorant or anything else that may leave a mark on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any such marks or stains.
2) Returned items must be repackaged “reasonably”, namely in a way that is not likely to incur damage in transit.
3) You are also required to please notify us of the date of dispatch.
4) Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is incorrect or faulty.
5) We would ask you to note that our quality control procedure may take up to 7 days to complete an exchange or refund.
With the above in mind, we would strongly recommend that you insure your goods with your nominated carrier since they remain your property until properly received by the company.
